The apartment complex is located approximately 5 minutes from the famous Sea aquarium beach and the National Underwater park where swimming with dolphins is highly recommended. You can also reach the shopping area of Willemstad in about 5 minutes by car, where you can find several nice shops and restaurants.
The apartment complex consists of 11 apartments of approximately 50 m2. There are one, two and three-room apartments available in the house.
The apartments consist of a split living/dining room with kitchen. The bedrooms are equipped with an air conditioner and fan and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook the most delicious meals.
Each apartment also has its own terrace with a table and chairs where you can relax in the evening after a long day.
The complex is spaciously closed with camera security and is well lit and secured at night.

Exclusive
- You pay a deposit of 525 ANG in advance, which will be returned to you when you leave in good order. In addition, there is a washing machine on site that you can use for a fee, you pay ANG 15 for 8 kilos of laundry.
