A centrally located and attractive student resort

The location
- This student resort is located on the Riouwstraat in Willemstad. You will not find a more centrally located student house in Curaçao. Mambo is only 5 minutes away by car and the entertainment area 'Pietermaai' is only a 10-minute walk away and the center of Punda (and Otrobanda attached) is about a 20-minute walk. There are also several local restaurants and 2 supermarkets just around the corner. The Albert Heijn is also only a 5-minute drive away.
Room
- The student resort has a total of 9 rooms in the house, of which 7 are single rooms and 2 are double rooms. In addition, the resort has 4 new rooms at the pool, each of which has a private bathroom. Each room has a 1-person box-spring bed, a bedside table, a desk, a chair, a cupboard with shelves and a ceiling fan with various speeds.
Housing
- The house has a swimming pool between the palapa and the new rooms. There are also sunbeds around the pool and there are also various hammocks for relaxing. The house has a large double bathroom, with three sinks, two toilets and two showers. The student resort has a high fence around the house, as well as a large parking lot for several cars.
Safety
- The student resort has a high fence around the house, in which there is a large parking lot for several cars. Your car is therefore always safely under camera surveillance within the complex. For extra safety, all windows are fenced and there is automatic lighting. All rooms are also equipped with their own lock and safe, of which you must bring your own padlock.
