For this unique location we are looking for an intern (assistant) restaurant manager / manager. Do you have what it takes to learn how to run a restaurant?
- Responsible for daily service in the restaurant and on the terrace
- Managing staff on the floor
- Noticing guests' needs
- Thinking along and preparing menus, marketing campaigns, new drinks, etc.
- Keeping stocks in order, passing on orders
What do we expect from you
- Hospitality experience
- Good communicative skills
- Enthusiastic, customer-oriented, team player
- Stress resistant– No 9 to 5 mentality
- Available for at least 3 months
- Command of the Dutch and English language; German and Spanish is an advantage
